Refund policy

 

We want you to love your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@rockyriverranch.com.au

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns on honey or other consumable items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

For non-food items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
